We had an early start recently where we were the Pilot boat for the overnight arrival of the 446 foot Hadar. Arriving at 0300, with the crew completing a guest transfer to Gunwharf at 0430 before she departed again at 1100, setting course for Gibraltar.
Hadar travelled from an extensive refit in Hamburg where she had been since September 2025. Noticeable changes were the shark grey hull has been swapped for a pearly white finish.
Previous named Flying Fox it was the world’s most famous and expensive charter yacht and previously welcomed many high profile guests. Remaned Hadar it is now owned by a Abu Dhabi prince.
