On Saturday 30th August 2025, Solent Cruises are taking on the ultimate team-building, high-energy challenge – a competitive Dragon Boat Race! Our team will be pitted against other teams in an effort to be crowned the ultimate IOW Dragon Boat Racing Champion 2025! We are going head-to-head in this strenuous activity to support a cause close to my heart, Wessex Cancer Support.
Wessex Cancer Support provide free, local and personalised emotional support to anyone affected by cancer. Clients may have cancer themselves, be adjusting to life after cancer, supporting someone with cancer, or be bereaved. It is a charity which relies on donations to provide this support. The charity also provides transport on its Daisy Buses to help Islanders get to mainland hospital appointments.
